Bought myself some cheap Tupperware type containers to store a few of my modelling bits in, so was also re-arranging my desk area.
Whilst moving things around, I stupidly knocked over my glass jar of brush cleaning water, all over me, and all over the carpet!
Luckily, it was less than half full, and relatively newly filled with water, so although I have rinsed a few brushes in it, it is mostly water. and not much paint, but it was quite dark in colour....
So, it did leave a nasty dark stain on the carpet, which is a sort of mid grey colour.
Luckily, my Wife loves a gadget (almost) as much as I do, and she has a nice posh Karcher carpet cleaner, so I dragged that upstairs, (bloody hell it was heavy!) to my study/model area and gave the carpet a quick wet clean with carpet cleaning solution, so hopefully it will not stain? But we'll see.
What a clumsy Oaf I am, Doh!
And why does even a small amount of water look like a total flood? Lol, as an ex Plumber, I know all about water leaks, so should not be surprised really.
