I've not been doing much modelling for myself the last few weeks, I've been helping my grandson who has decided he'd like to become a modeller.
Although he's just turned 18, he's been statemented with learning difficulties and severe autism. These factors make it extremely difficult for him to concentrate and focus on fine detail as he is driven to complete any given task as soon as he can, regardless of any missed detail along the way.
Anyway, we had a sort through my stash and picked the Tamiya 1/35 Panther. I know it's an old kit, but evidence from some recent builds on here show it can be made to look good, and there were unlikely to be issues with the fit and general assembly. As there's a Panther GB currently running, I thought I'd put it in there.
It's titled 'PJs Panther Build' if anyone wants to have a look. Comments and criticisms are welcome as PJ (that's his christian name) knows you guys are full of useful advice - he's been to Cosford a couple of times and met some of 'The Massive'.
