Which R/C Nitro Buggy complete kit inc Radio TX/ RX for under £300?
For a school project we're looking to purchase a Radio Controlled Nitro Buggy for a pupil. The child will be working with staff to assemble and set up the radio control car, and of course have a lot of fun learning to drive the car at break neck speed around the school tennis courts.
The car can be either a buggy or saloon car, ideally with an unpainted bodyshell which can be painted and dressed up with decals, or modified using vinyl graphics cut on the D&T vinyl cutter.
Unfortunately I'm the staff member who's involved in this project so I'll be helping to construct the car, cut out vac formed bodyshells and also learn to race it around the car park at break neck speed.
A Subaru or Toyota, rally car, need for speed etc all spring to mind. Clear lexan bodies which can be painted from the inside will be easier to paint and maintain a nice scuff free finish. Ideally lots of lasercut aluminium so it's robust and or carbon would be a bonus!
Total price of £300 needs to include everything to set the car up, nut spinners for wheelnuts, starters, batteries, a supply of nitro to give a good run too. Spare wheels tyres etc.
Any ideas??
