Has anyone ever used this company??
If so, my advice is DONT.
I dont normally name and shame but i think that you should be aware of the appalling service and quality of products that ive received from this company. They produce trans decals for moto gp bikes.
I purchased a set of ducati decals, that when they were eventually dispatched were a set of Honda decals.
So, i called/emailed them and was then sent the correct set...
communciating with the company is frustrating as any comms are totally confusing and meaningless....emails just do not make any sense..it was like communicating with someone who doesnt speak english...the owner does though, because i spoke to hiim (Pete)...
I received a second hand set of stickers printed on thick vinyl (about 0.5mm!), most were missing or had portions cut and removed using scissors. there was also half of the same sheet duplicated, but with other bits missing, another partial sheet, but with stickers curled along there edges or missing, or that had been removed and then replaced back onto the sheet. I also received a sheet of poorly printed stickers on regular adhesive paper, NOT waterslide decal paper. As this was porous, it is dull, will not conform to shape or accept any type of liquid. It absorbs klear and disntegrates in water..as you would expect say, from a sheet of A4.
The decals appear to be very badly printed home made items on the wrong paper.
The entire experience has been so frustrating as ive had to resort to painting everything on the model but cannot paint the sponsors logos!! ive had to strip the model once already and start again because of yet more cheap and nasty, shoddy decals.
Looks like im back to the drawing board on this model..(will put it away for a while i think and start on something else)
I implore anyone not to use this company under any circumstances unless you want to waste your time and money as i have.
If you wish, i can post a picture of what i received...it beggars belief.
ps, i forgot to mention that the 2012 season decals i was supposed to receive contains 3 decal sheets...i received 1 of the sheets, plus 3 different incomplete versions of this same sheet on adhesive paper (not waterslide) and vinyl)..4 sheets in total, all incomplete or second hand. I ordered waterslide decals.
