Bought this for myself, as a Dspiae fanboy, I do tend to like their stuff, as its all good quality gear IMHO.
Like most Dspiae stuff it comes very well packed with its own distinct outer packaging.

Once the outer packaging is removed it reveals a very nice hard plastic inner box, with a lid that is opaque.

On opening the box lid there are two padded trays, a top one and a lower one. Each tool has its own place and is a nice snug fit.

So whats included in the box.
1 x Basic single-edge cutter/nippers.
1 x Parts separator/Push opener
1 x panel liner pen/applicator
1 x hobby knife/scalpel.
20 x Spare knife blades.
3 x Sponge sandpapers of various grits, #400, [NODE="800."]Kyosho Bladerunner Upgrade[/NODE]
5 x Adhesive backed sandpapers of various grades, #400, #800, #1000, [NODE="1200."]What really quality model next[/NODE]
2 x Carbon fibre sanding plates
3 x Semi-rigid sanding sticks – #600, #800..
1 x Glass polishing file.
1 x Pr of Straight tweezers.
1 x Pr of Angled tweezers.
1 x Pr of Modelling scissors.

The nippers are very nice, decent quality, give a nice cut on the sprue.
I already have a couple of other nippers, but you can never have too many, right?

The parts separator has small button, that when pressed, allows the spring loaded metal blade to protrude forward, much like an old fashioned flick knife! Useful for prising things apart and for opening the Humbrol type paint tins with Airfix starter sets, etc.

The knife/scalpel is quite small, but looks nice quality and again, gives a nice clean cut or useful for scraping, etc and it comes with lots of spare blades, eg: 20!
The panel line pen/applicator is also very nice, resembles a nice fountain pen, so it sucks up the panel line fluid via capillary action, and is then applied via the very fine nib, and it does seem to flow very well, simply hold it in place it the fluid keeps running, or dab it and use it like a pen and "draw" along the panel lines and the flow can be easily controlled.
Both the knife and panel line pen have nice snug fitting end caps to keep things safe, clean, etc.

Cont in pt2.....

Review - Dspiae Tool Combo Set - Pt2

In the lower tray you have the following:
Dspiae tool set dec25 (7).jpg

A very nice set of folding scissors, not seen those before, although to be fair, even when extended they are quite small, so not sure why they needed to be even small / folding? but hey, its a nice touch anyway and they work well and are very sharp.

To unfold them you just pull them apart and they extend.

Then voila, you have a small pair of scissors! 8-)

There's a nice glass file, which I've not used yet but I understand is good for plane canopies and the like?
Comes in its own little case to keep it clean, protect it, etc.

The tool set comes with two sets of tweezers, both quite small and both very fine, one straight edged and one slightly curved set.
Both come with their own little and protectors/caps which is a nice touch.

Then comes a selection of sanding sticks, paper, carbon strips, etc of varying grades for all your sanding needs.
Some of the pads are sticky backed, so can be stuck to sanding pads, eg: Dspiae ones....

All in all a very nice little kit and very nice quality with some very useful tools all presented in a very nice package.

Quick update on this review....I have now had this set for a good few weeks and used various bits several times.
I do think its useful to give an updated impression after a bit of use, to differentiate from the initial "first thoughts" type review, so you get a real World opinion as it were....
I am really liking the scalpel, very sharp and quite small, so especially good for small parts, I have used it a lot with removing PE from their sprue with good success on my current British Army x6 wheeler in the ongoing Logistics GB.
Also really liking the tweezers, a bit smaller than the ones I was previously using, so again, great for small or fiddly bits.
Likewise the nippers are great, slightly smaller than the Tamiya ones I normally use, but very sharp and easy to use.
I have only used the panel line scriber once so far but it did the job very well and is a nice fine size for delicate work.
Have used a few of the sanding sticks, which worked fine, so far no issues with this kit, all very nice quality and all do the jobs well, so still highly recommended as a good addition to your modelling tool collection.
Cheers
