I'd say they were more cavalry than Infantry so sorry, but if you wanted to involve the Commander in some sort of (PBI) scenario then dig in mate!

I started right from the word 'GO! and so far have made good progress. The rifleman is almost complete whilst the baton gunner is proving more problematic in aligning arms, hands and general posture. I've started reducing the 'boxiness' of the '58 Pattern pouches and adding missing elements such as sling swivels, and the prominent d-rings at the base of the ammo pouches and on the belt which attach to clips on the cape carrier (Not included); I''m somewhat surprised that the S6 respirator case is not used - I did consider scratching them but decided against it. One of the SLR barrels is broken but is repairable, and I consider the Boots to be a little high and generally I don't consider this my favourite kit but I'll crack on!

Ooh looking good Steve. love the wall with the breeze block window.
Ummm should you not have your own separate build thread for this? I only ask because I was expecting general chat and there you are half way through already.

Not at all mate - get your kit on and dig in!

What is this dig in you speak of? Us sailors find it hard to dig at sea you know! Lol
Cheers Steve... I uh um have posted in figures under construction... could admin move it over or shall i post again here?

Dunno mate - Admin are Gods so they'll decide! Sorry about the phrase 'Dig In ...' Jack (on shore we use things called 'Shovels' and 'Spades' and 'Mattocks' etc) - these allow us to get below what I believe you call the 'Deckhead' in what we call the 'Ground' ...

Sounds good to me Lee, I intend to knock out a couple of different figures once I've finished 'A Hundred Thousand Welcomes' - at least one of them is also a para!
