I have been wanting to build one of these for a while it's took me a while to get all of the p.e and resin bits and bobs together but now I'm finally ready to make a start

You certainly have a lot to keep you busy there Colin. I will pull up a chair if I may and watch you work your magic. Good luck

Hi all, I have been able to get some work done on the wmik over the last week but thanks to 02 I haven't been to able to upload any pictures until today.
The kit is nicely detailed with a complete engine bay it's a shame that I'm going to cover it up.

Hi guys here's the latest update, sorry it's not been a detailed blog but I have only been able to grab some bench time between the festivities.
So far I have managed to get the chassis body and wheels primed and base coated with XF-61 then a mix of XF-60 and XF-3 (2/1) ratio was applied over the entire model. The chipping was done with masking fluid applied with wire wool.

Nearly there now Colin. Ian and I had a chat about the side protection plate being painted white on our Abram's. Did you paint it white because the instructions told you to or do you have photographic reference showing the panel white??
