Rotten bloody cold!

My Wife's had a sniffle for about a week, so I knew I'd succumb to it eventually.
Woke up Xmas morning with a rotten cold, headache, blocked hooter, achey joints, cough, etc....but, being the trooper that I am, I still made Xmas lunch!
Got about 3 hours sleep that night!
Yesterday was the same, slight cold, etc,
But today was much worse, did not actually get out of bed until well after lunch, very achey joints, very sore nose, and now a slight sore throat too!
Its proper Man Flu I tells ya! [Bah!]
So just feeling sorry for myself.....😷😓
 
YEA its horrible isnt it an we have been rather lucky as we havnt had a bad cold for yrs as if we feel a cold comin on i just take vick night nurse at night before goin to bed an next morn i feel right a lot better an have you had your flu jab as we both have ?
so if you havnt taken none get some an jen an i hope u soon feel better sir

Hope you get well again soon. My daughter had a rotten cold a few weeks ago. Better now but the cough just won't go.

So had this rotten cold since Xmas day, or maybe it was C19? I dunno.
It eventually got better last week, but I had to attend the funeral for my Brother at end of last week, (he had been ill for a while and had been been receiving end of life care for a while). Funeral went well, but lots of peeps there (about 80).
I reckon I may have caught another bug from one of the peeps there?

On Saturday the cold, or C19 came back with a vengence!
Had to cancel a meal out we had planned for Sunday and felt bloody awful on Monday too.
Seems to be abating again now though, fingers crossed......

So have not done much on the modelling front for the last week or so, but hope to get back to it soon....

HI Mate get some vick night nurse as thats what we have an it soon sort out them colds an get the non drowsey sort as the normal will make you feel like on another planet but its good on colds as jen soon sorts me out if i start snezzin
