Hello everyone, this is Mitsutaka.
I finished a 1/35 Tamiya kit.
My friends give me advice, saying maybe I should add a bit more weathering.
Right now, I'm watching YouTube as reference for that.
Of course, this includes everyone's works here as well.

Hi Mitsutaka, that’s a great looking build, very nicely painted and finished. Yes weathering would make it loads better if done properly ( I think properly is the wrong word) weathering is a fine art in its self. Watch the YouTube videos and practice is the way to go.
Once again great work and welcome to the forum.

Looks a very nice model mate, thank you for sharing.
We can add all sorts of extra effects, weathering, aging, chipping, rusting, washes, pigments, paint effects, mist coats, mud, dirt, grease, oil, etc which can add to the realism yes. It really just depends how far you want to go with it.
But as it stands now, it is a really nice model.
Cheers

Thanks for the kind comment, papa 695
It seems there’s a hair spray technique. I don’t really understand it. I’m thinking of researching it on YouTube.

Thank you for looking at my work. jim R
I think it's a great time for modelers, as we can share images and hear opinions from people in various countries.

Thank you for telling me peter
I realized that there are so many techniques.
I guess it's something like the aesthetics of ruins.
Sometimes looking at it makes me feel nostalgic.
