    Valeron's Revell 1:57 X-Wing Fighter

I've started today with a bit of cleanup and once completed on these parts, I'll prime and then paint them. There are some serious ejector marks on the wings which I'm sorting. These would be visible on the model as I'm going to have it flying mode with the wings open in the X-wing formation...

    Airfix 1/72 Junkers Ju87B-1 Stu,e

It's been a long time since I did anything on this build. Anyway I'm back on it now. I've assembled the main part of the aircraft. It looks like I'm going to need some serious sanding and maybe filling before priming.

    Valeron's Revell 1:57 X-Wing Fighter

This is my submission for the Movie/TV GB. Thanks for organising this Jacko. I'm ready to start on Wednesday but need to buy paints very soon. There aren't too many pieces to this model and nothing small.

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance (Dave's Emergency Build)

This is my completed submission for Dave's emergency build.. The build blog can be found here. It was fun build. The kit went together very well. It was brush painted and weathered with Vallejo paints, washes and pigments. I had a few problems with disintegrating decals so had to use...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

That's better. She now has an apron. White with bits of ivory to make it not pure white. Thanks again Neil. I don't know how I missed that. The outline of the apron and the straps were pretty clear on the model.

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

Well that was fun and quite difficult. My first attempt at figures. I'm not going to build a base but once I've varnished these figures and maybe weathered them a bit to be in keeping with the ambulance, I'll publish some better photos in the completed section. I think I need to read up more...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

Well I have some paints on them. Lots more detail required - mouth, eyes and uniform, then try and add some texture, highlights and shadows

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

I haven't had much bench time recently but have made a bit of progress. The figures have been primed and a black wash applied. Now time to paint them. I can't put it off forever. I've also added a step to back of tbe ambulance and weathered the ambulance with washes and pigments. I've tried to...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

I've assembled the two figures. There were quite a few seaplanes to remove but this was pretty easy once I got used to it. I took a while though. There are quite a few gaps though which need filling now they've been assembled. I guess this will take a whole too. Ill get there, slowly but surely.

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

So my first go at figures starts now. I'll also be adding a step to the tailgate on the ambulance to mimic this picture. Four figures are provided in total but I'll just be making these two.

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

The model is now fully assembled. Everytime I look at that spare tyre on the side, it looks so much bigger than the ones in the wheels, but I've measured it snd it's the same size. Just weathering to go now. Before I do that I'm going to have a go at the figures and making a step of the back...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

I've been starting to look forward at doing a figure or two when I've finished the model. I've been looking at the model box art and the figure's instructions and both cleary show the nurse helping a soldier into the ambulance by means of a step on the back of the ambulance. There is no piece...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

I managed quite a bit today as I didn't fancy going outdoors much as it's turned really cold here again. Not that much more to add now to the model before I can then start weathering. I've already dirtied the inside of the back cabin up a bit but not done anything else in terms of weathering...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

Decals have been added. These are the only ones and are on both sides to be added I followed the usual steps of gloss coat, vallejo decal faster and then vellejo decal softener which I've used on all my models in the last year. I've had problems with decals before but these were the first...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

The drivers cabin is now assembled and painted. It is only dry fitted to the chassis. This was pretty easy apart step 34 below which was connecting a very small part which the steering wheel column will then connect into. If I'd read ahead more and seen this coming I'd have attached this when...

    Valerons ICM 1 35 Model T 1917 Ambulance

I've now done base painted the back cabin apart from the back door which will be left open on my model. I've not actually glued it onto the chassis and I won't do this until I've added more detail, declals, washes etc to it. ICM provide stretchers with this and I noticed that they stuck...
