    Another A/B problem Sorted

I tend to use mine for various types of painting, mainly single colour usage but I'll also use it for 'shading / tonal' and other variations on the single colours I've previously laid down.

    Another A/B problem Sorted

Could it possibly be the needle isn't sitting tight enough in the nozzle and excess paint is flowing past and gathering on the pinch tip ? I've had this before and ended up pushing the needle gently against the tip whilst screwing the locking screw up to hold it, making sure the needle is fully...

Langy's Stolly..... Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart

Tiny bit more work today, Painted a few random rocks also added some grass tufts and pigments...( the finish line is calling...yay) Darkened down to counteract the lighting in the room..

Early finish at work today, so it was into the shed and break out the paints.. (just need to alter the colour of the 'scrub / grass' bits a tad to give a bit of variation..)

Langy's Stolly..... Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart

In the spirit of getting this past the finish line for the group build, I've added a bit of groundwork to the dio it's going on.. All of this will be based in black when it's dry and then the various ground elements will be 'bought back' with earthy colours and tones... (pretty much the same...

Langy's Stolly..... Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart

Got around to painting the figures for this build, not sure which one (s) will actually end up in the dio, but figured it wouldn't hurt to have various choices.. DPM pattern came out a bit darker then I hoped it would, looks more like the 95 pattern I was issued with and not the 70 pattern...

Langy's Stolly..... Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart

Thanks buddy, I'll remember that tip. I might even give them a bash... the weathering on the tyres can be replicated afterwards. (y)

Langy's Stolly..... Airfix 1/35 Alvis Stalwart

Made a start on a bit of weathering, I'm a bit annoyed that the tyres despite a heavy sanding session to hide the seams has 'ghost seams', I might have another crack at them or just go with it and lay down some more crud to hide it. Most parts have now been fitted....(all the small easily...

    Scorpion CVR(T) FV101 - 1:35st scale - AFV

Possible dried pigment fixer, I've had the same on my Stalwart build, (I'm using vallejo's pigment fixer if that helps). to cure it I've sprinkled a bit more pigment dust over the area's and hidden it.
