The box says 1:48, I doubt it would make that much difference. Oh yes, I don't mind a bit of rigging. I'll probably just use fishing thread, but if you know where I can get some flat rod, I'll have a look at using that. I'm off to find the sun, so it will be a good few days before I resume...- colin m

Well, I saw this in a shop and thought, it looks alright. I wasn’t expecting much from an old kit, but lucky me, I got a lot of free plastic. Red Arrows Hawk. What paint did you use ?
Sometime in the future I'll be building a 1:32 Revell Red Arrows hawk. My question is, what paint to use. Humbrol H238 enamel isn't available, well I've had no luck finding it.. There is a water based acrylic available which I'm not to keen on. So, have you painted a Red arrows Hawk ? If so...- colin m

That's a top job Gary. Your AI trick is brilliant. I think I might need a bit of AI to get a 250GTO in my garage. But anyway, this is a nice kit from Airfix. I've built the Navy version some time ago but keep promising myself an RAf on eventually.- colin m
