Hi been awhile but a busy man i am… so we were hit by the storm no damage but the internets been off for a month funny after a day or to we started speaking… joking aside never really missed it but did find a lot of time so i got on with painting the rider and also started Tamiya cr400 very old...- simontie

Almost there with the bike, rider is really quite a challenge just trying to get him to stand properly but ill get there painting will be the next goal… despite the challenge's of the old kit and the missing parts I think she looks okay so far any way not dipped any decals as yet and i still...- simontie

Hello sorry this has taken so long lost my mojo for awhile but i have now managed to get some parts done. engine and carb frame, swingingarm and rear mono shock will press on over the weekend and post a few pics my self moulded fork has turned out ok still needs a bit of work but all in it...- simontie

Stripped off the old paint and chrome plating, been trialling the mould for the new fork with some success and some not so successful. Assembled rider Not as far on as i thought i would be with this the mould and the resin take a while to go off, pictured is not the final item I’m still...- simontie

Well in the final throws of this one the dreaded decals, no idea why they freak me out so much, anyway the bike complete with all the cables and electronic on it the body work painted and yet to decal apart from the belly pan i have started this mainly because the instructions say to paint...- simontie

Getting on well with this one engine and radiator complete, wheels complete just the tyre decals to apply, frame & swinging arm. Also completed the stand and discs but picture was very poor even by my standards enjoy simon- simontie

Tamiya RD250 & 350
No real issues with these kits, decals a nightmare on the 350, 250s were fine. The 350 just fell apart once wetted.luckily i had copied them with the scanner and printer out a new set once i had titivated them a bit, both in white and came out quite well simon- simontie
