Ipswich Ipms show Saturday 21st Feb.
Hi guys. This Saturday sees the Ipswich Ipms show at "Inspire dome",Lindbergh road,Ipswich,New venue and lots of clubs and traders.I will displaying as part of the newly formed Sherman tank and variants interest group.Our first show and hope to do a few this year. Richard- Richard48

Tamiya Franken tank Sherman build
Hi Guys. Scale model world Telford 8th/9th November.
Hi guys. Back from Telford and it was very busy on the Saturday and some trader stands were rammed most of the day.Best idea is on the Friday during club set ups its best to clock the traders with stuff you want and swoop on Saturday.Clubs displaying can come in at 8am,Ipms members at 9 and joe...- Richard48

Churchill Mark 3 Tunisia Dragon 72nd scale WIP
Rather then post lots of work in progress shots i am showing this one prior to priming and painting.The Dragon kits need a lot of test fitting and trimming of parts for best fit.Misleading instructions is Dragons Forte sadly.Mislabelling parts so care is needed.The hull tops are a very tight fit...- Richard48

Latest Acquisitions (2025)
Had to get the reboxed Fujimi Raf Phantom FG1 by Hobby 2000 from Poland.Looks nice as its the better boxing with the seperate Airbrakes,Wing flaps and better engine details,Nice decals by Cartograph and masks for the cockpit canopies. 9 -

Some Sidewinder missile rails kindly made for me by Neil Merryweather.Neil very kindly 3D printed them as my Phantom kits havent got them in.A real help for my builds as each jet has 4 mounted.Big thanks to Neil. Richard
