Essex Modellers show Billericay 27th July
Hi guys. Our club attended the Essex modellers show at Billericay on Sunday 27th July at Hannakins farm leisure centre.Its a small show with a handful of traders.I did manage to buy a couple of Mr Hobby aqueous colours for Raf Phantoms and paint masks for the Raf Phantom in grey and green...- Richard48

Fujimi 1.72nd Raf Phantom Fg1,43 Squadron.
Back to the Phantom today.Managed to do a long stint and got quite a lot done.Cockpit painted and started to get the main fueslage halves together.Be prepared for fair bit of tape to hold parts together until set.Fit wasnt too bad and just a case of trying to get things aligned and lots of test...- Richard48

Fujimi 1.72nd Raf Phantom Fg1,43 Squadron.
Did a little bit today before i had to go out.Got my off white Valejo acrylics out and gave a few areas a couple of coats,Undercarriage bays,U.C doors,I used to paint my Phantoms in the early 1990s with Humbrol enamels,They used to do well for me and were the older formula which hand brushed...- Richard48

Hi guys. Sorry to be a bore but hoping somebody can maybe make me some copies of these sidewinder rails for a few Fujimi U.K Phantom kits.I bought ones which havent any missiles or their rails in.Ive got 7 kits so ideally id need rails for all so X4 for each kit.If anybody could do any 3d prints... -

Fujimi Phantom woes and Mojo.
These are the bits missing from Fujimi FGR2 kits.Think casting duplicates is only way to get 4 for each jet neatly. -

U.S.M.C M60A1 put out to grass
Bit more progress today Tuesday.Most of construction done.My least favourite part to do next The turret basket!!.Now if anybody has built an M60a1 or A3 or an Idf one then they know what im getting at.Well fragile parts to make up the basket is an understatement.Bad enough trying to scrape fine...- Richard48
