Airfix schnellboot
Hi does anyone have any info on the Airfix schnellboot, the one without the armoured bridge. Been on the Airfix site and can't find it. Wondering if it's discontinued. Also any info on who stocks Fore Hobby, in the UK. Not Japan or China. Cheers Andy.- andy55

Yep agree entirely, however is good to have people with experience to point me in the right direction. Below is a test with the cotton wool and snow. Going to try another adding acrylic medium to the snow.- andy55

I'm still waiting for the filler to dry, quite pleased for a first try (ok second, but first looked like broken ice). anyway having a play with how I want the wake to look, using cotton wool. right now the question... Nice looking boat and sea Richard. Thank for the encouragement Richard and Meirion, have decided to start again, didn't like the ice breaker look. Pics are were I've got so far. Not bothered about the hole as it will be covered by the boat.- andy55
