    hi all frame & wheels engine started but need to. Pick up some paint for a couple of bit so its on hold for now, wheels are on hold now till I get the alclad, so just sticking bits I can together in preparation, fairing carrier on the frame is a bit flimsy no way that will survive the build!!

    Ok well i would say full steam a head but after a full night … i have stripped the chrome soaked it this morning, then trimmed & assembled 1 wheel and now its clamped till tomorrow morning this is not for the faint hearted 1 wheel to go…

    To be clear, cut from the round sprue, on the sprue, the left overs and the centre rim for the nipples and outer rims, lot of parts for 2 wheels might be a challenge in it self .

    Ok so i managed to order the stainless tube and wire for the spokes but!! i was off to dip these over night so i cut the rims of the sprue and started a trial fit up thats when i noticed this but when you cut away the sprue your left this Tamiya have already spoked these and there clean sorry...

    Been in the stash for awhile so eni meini mini moe that‘s the one,I also have the clutch and fork detail set was looking for the wheel set till i saw the price and no availability, so with the up most intrepidation i will try to respoke the wheels never tried before so ill give it a go the kit...

    Hi everyone, small up date managed tostick all the small external parts on, no idea what most of them are and primed all the big bits today, slow but i’am getting there !! Eyes are almost back to normal had my DVLA eye test yesterday so fingers crossed that goes well.

    Haven't tried this yet but i read the other day that if you cut good quality sprue up into small pices and add it to the remaining drops of extra thin you end up with a great filler fast drying and it can be made as thick or thin as you like anyone else tried this? assume if you use different...
