Heaven and Hell
Yesterday at Telford was modelling Heaven for me.Then today I went christmas shopping with the wife at Lakeside shopping centre!.What a contrast!.I wasn't even allowed to go into Modelzone as I had spent money at the show.A horrible experience.But we only fell out the once.Which was pretty good... -

Airfix Hurricane question
Im just about to start building the old Airfix 1/48 Hurricane.On looking at the sprues the Rotol prop seems rather large to me.Ive got a spare from the Airfix mk5 kit which is smaller and has slimmer blades.Can anyone tell me which one would look the most accurate?.- Dave W

I have just bought the new Revell 1/48 Lockheed PV-1 Ventura.Inside the kit i found a separate leaflet entitled 'Safety Advice'.There are 10 safety rules listed!.Apart from the glue vapour i never realised our hobby was so dangerous!.Think i had best wear my safety boots when i build this one in... -

WW2 RAF Colours
Ive looked on the internet for Vallejo Air paint colours that match WW2 RAF dark green and dark earth.I've come up with 71.012 and 71.029 For these colours.Does anyone agree or disagree?.And does anyone know if Tamiya XF52 is a good match for dark earth and which Tamiya paint matches dark green?.- Dave W

Hasegawa 1\48 Mitsubishi Zero Finished

Esci 1/48 Henschel 129 finished and ruined.
Finally finished the Henschel.As a finishing touch i thought i would add an antenna from fishing line.Couldnt get it taught.
