The Supermarine Serpent NF1 1940
So i did a thing, all a bit what iffery, British for a change too. I got 2 x Spitfire 1a kits from the Airfix make and take at our show and proceeded to create the Supermarine Serpent NF1, our possible answer to the Blitz, and to supplement the Beaufighter NF1. Grafted the two together...- Niho

Ok, our show on Sat 1st i got these, as one said my wallet is cooling off lol..... The Aoshima 1/35 JGSDF 3tonner and trailers i haggled £30 down, its a rare beast in EU..... had to have. Vespid Aussie Cent and the railcar set, decals for a 48th A20G ETO and brass detail set, an Aries resin... -

Yesterdays purchases from Shepway Model Show Hawkinge...... A holy grail kit for me in 72nd, PBR MkII ...Mach 2 kit, it'll need some love (understatement) and a Modelcollect MAN M1013, USAF I paid £15 for each kit after a haggle lol Niho -

Cheers all, Moving along a bit, the cracked Thompson sling i repaired but knew i couldnt bend it, so..... i added it to the Bazooka, which fits perfectly. Not very clear but i painted it this a.m. before work...... final stowage was base coated too. One hopes to have complete before Friday...- Niho

Jim, as proficient as i feel i am, these were a challenge but not impossible to do....... a little more time taken as you'll get good results. Parting off the print frame and cleanup was the difficult bit. Anyhow, a Marine has a weapon lol Will try to get the others on tonight, ready for a show...- Niho

Okies, parting off the carrier print, a bit of a nitemare tbh, one shattered!!!!!! one due to my clumsiness i broke, but i changed blade to new and got 3/4 ready okay. imma@ pause point here, doing all fig and stowage sundries... this'll take coffee and concerntration lol Niho- Niho
