    Im here now, made good the extension joins, am not going overboard on chassis, yet.... Cab & body as per 134", chassis at 158" now. Cab & body on chassis, .... gap too big between. Wrong body.... This us the style bidy I'll scratch for the chassis..... Nick

    3rd vehicle in a project, i have here a C60S early GS steel body, no.11 cab, 134" w/b.... I want a mid/late C60L GS, steel body no.13 cab, 156" w/b. The kit has the no.13 cab.... but I'll have to extend chassis & drivetrain and fabricate a new steel KWB body..... Nick

    Okies 3rd cast member, a CMP C60L GS, no.13 cab, steel body 3 tonner mid/late production.... I bought IBGs CMP C60S, no.11 cab GS 3 tonner, early/mid production...:thinking: C60S = short 134" W/B.... C60L = long 156" W/B.... okay IBG give you both no.11&13 cabs, cool, i have to extend chassis...

    I've got so far woth the Humber today, built up mo problems ..... until, there is an amendment slip to instructions re front axle, which i followed, but no matter how i dry fitted it , it seemed to set axle too low, compared to rear axle, so i chopped mounting down, thinned the armour shield and...

    This was easier than some ive done, the platic helped, i carefully carved back the holes, not being greedy on the cuts, i used a round burr to thin inner face ..... nose plate went well too.... DTMW even give you the inner aplate template..... I'm enjoying this Nick

    Had a root about the loft, oval base a insulation foam (celatex) a dusty chopping and shaping up, test fit of A34 and a solid resin Humber for sizing up..... Plenty of fun ahead Nick
