Well white is officially my most hated colour to spray with! So many coats but getting there with the fairings, tank and wheels.

Been a while but a little progress. My compressor packed in so halted the build. Back at it tonight. Slow, steady and lots of errors along the way!

I’ve posted for a few weeks with no issues. Now my posts are going for mod approval and I can’t attach images. Anyone know why!?

Just picked up this and I’m struggling, I’ve tried to add some to the frame. I’m letting it dry and then trying to wipe up the excess however it’s not budging. Just had to repaint the frame due to the mess. I’ve tried Tamiya thinners with no joy. Is it due to it being enamel based? Thanks

Quick question. Little bit puzzled by this. Is it telling me to use ts17 or x11?! Ones a spray can the others a paint. Little bit confused.

I bought this and the katana at the same time. Looks a little more complicated and will take a bit more thinking when it comes to painting I think. And as for the decals lol Made a slow start. Local shop tomorrow to stock up on the paints needed.

Suzuki gsx1100s first ever build !

Last part fitted this morning and pride of place in our caravan! The good lady has even given me some space for future models Main issues I encountered, the various wires confused me so in future I’ll mask them up and mark them so I know where they go once assembled! Other issue was...

Suzuki gsx1100s first ever build !

Back at it again today, some some bits painted and rather surprised myself as I was dreading the forks and shocks but I’m happy with the end result.

Some progress. Need to plan better in relation to painting parts, however, trial and error as it’s my first attempt. Starting to look like a bike now.

    Hello all…after some beginners advice!

Hello all. Literally brand new to this hobby. Decided a few weeks ago I’d like to get into building model motorbikes so I’ve gone ahead and bought a few Tamiya kits. I’m slowly building up the required tools etc and spend most of my days watching videos online. Just trying to get my head...
