    Il-2M3 Shturmovik (Tamiya, 1:72)

Rear gunner's compartment finished. Used balsa wood for floor to hide a nasty seam, Tamiya didn't catch during designing this kit. And as there was a piece of dark grey painted wood on the real aircraft which was soon scuffed away by the hard soiled gunners boots!

Warhammer - my first foray into figures painting

As mentioned in Sairena thread, these were my first figures that I built (was surprised how many parts are there to Warhammer figures) and painted. These are all 28mm scale (somewhat around 1:56) Warhammer 40K - Space Wolves Reivers And then a friend of mine (the recepient of Sairena) gave...

Hi everyone! Workbench is cleaned up, the modelling fluid prepared and I'm off to build a new kit. Believe it or not, this is my first Tamiya kit I'm gonna build in around 40 years since I am in this hobby. And guess what - from all the praise I've heard of this iconic Japanese...

    Modelsvit 1:72 Mirage 4000

I've been fascinated with this aircraft ever since the late '80s, when my father bought me a VHS tape with some footage from Farnborough and Le Bourget salons. Seeing the Modelsvit releasing this beauty, made my heart sing with joy. It's an out of the box build, but really there's not much need...

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I posted here, but I had the slowest modelling year in 15 years or so - this being just the 3rd completed model.
