    That's a really "famous" kit. Can't be many who haven't seen it built. As Tony said though there is so much potential for a different look. Love the way this is going. The chipped back paint job and all your add ones. Gonna look the business.

    I agree with Tim. Swann Morton blades are reasonably priced, buying in bulk, very sharp and come in a variety of styles. I do have a so called hobby knife and I sharpen that but I only use it for rough work.

    Figures removed from their cages. Still to be cleaned up. 3D printing does make for quality. Two panels fit over the deck. There is no interior and when the panels are fitted you can see inside. So I'll have to fit some baffles to prevent "seeing in". Just block off the line of sight...

    Glad the IPA worked so well. Model looks totally "unpainted". I reckon Tim is right in that the paint has dissolved into the alcohol and so won't filter out.
