    Superb job Barry. Is one of the four things that most of the airframe stencils and the wing walk way lines have been overpainted? Oh, and the wheel wells are still in their original Sky colour.

    Looks great Gary. I find a dark brown wash to be complimentary to the RAF Sky colour. The black wash you used isn't looking too stark in those photos though.

    Looks like you have conquered that seam issue, looks good in the photos. The section for the fuel tank forward of the cockpit was not an exemplary fit on the Mk.1 either. Paint work is coming along very nicely, looking forward to seeing the main paint job.

    I use Testors Decal Bond in a spray can, but not sure if they still make it. Basically it's a protective film you apply over old decals to prevent disintegration or tearing of the decal's carrier film. Others use a clear varnish, it does pretty much the same thing. You need to cut pretty close...
