Heres the ancient ESCI Henschel hs129 in 1/48 . A tooling from 1977 but with a little bit of fettling and a set of etch seat belts scrubs up pretty well .- yak face

Neils Tamiya 1/72 Republic P47D Thunderbolt ‘Razorback'
Nice one neil , I love the razorback p47s and the indian chief scheme is a classic . I love these Tamiya 1/72s too ( I mean the warbird collection , which are all their own toolings , some of the more modern 1/72 stuff can be reboxes of other makers ) Great start looking forward to the rest...- yak face

After applying the exhaust stains I gave the panel lines the once over with the thinned black/ brown to break up the solid looking colours (especially the underside) . After looking at the few period pics of hs 129 b-3 s , the aerial doesnt seem to feature , only a df loop so the kit aerial was...- yak face

Undercarriage fitted then it was time to fit the big gun. The attachment for this was very poor , just a big slot for the barrel and no fixing locations for the gondola so it was a lot of looking at photos and 3 view drawings to see exactly where it needed to be . Demasked , glossed and decals applied . Ive fitted the replacement exhausts and it will now be getting a sealing matt coat ,then I can start adding the final few bits and giving it a light weathering.- yak face

Thank alice from me too Tim , Frodo is one lucky cat . Its madness to think people can do stuff like this but it turned out good in the end . He looks like hes going to keep you on your toes for a bit but hes going to be a beautiful cat ! -
