Reinforcing the Gustav Line, Italy 1944

Ok, so anyone who has followed by last three projects not only has patience, but also knows that I am generally a slow worker… they usually take at least 3 years. So I have resolved that this one is going to be much quicker! As part of the strategy I am only including one vehicle (although it...

Not a Moment to Lose… Battle of the Bulge, Ardennes, December 1944

Thanks Wabble, but I'm not counting my chickens! As for the greenery, yes, there are plenty of plants and shrubs that stay green until winter and even the grass stays tall even if it loses its colour. At least that's what happens where I live in the UK which has roughly the same climate as the...

Not a Moment to Lose… Battle of the Bulge, Ardennes, December 1944

So am I finished? Probably… The new figure helped to fill a bit of a gap… His arrival also means that I have almost reached the six-man compliment for the crew of the 250. The eagle-eyed will spot another changes from the last time I posted: I replaced the telephone wire. The last one...

Not a Moment to Lose… Battle of the Bulge, Ardennes, December 1944

Thanks for all the nice comments guys... Anyone looking back over this thread may notice a few rogue images (mostly cars for some reason) - the result of this site's recent platform change. I am trying to delete them (and maybe by the time you read this I will have succeeded!) I will post a...

I have started deleting the rogue images (almost all of them cars!) from my post. It's working OK, but I am unable to replace all the missing images that they pushed out becasue it says I can only attach 10 files to each of my posts. Why is this? I definitely had more than 10 images in some of them?

As an example of the rogue images... If you go to my blog here: https://www.scalemodelling.co.uk/threads/not-a-moment-to-lose-battle-of-the-bulge-ardennes-december-1944.32699/page-11 And go to page 11. The bottom three images (a King Tiger box illustration, some Tiger wheels and then a car)...

I have some rogue images that have appeared in my recent posts... they are images by other modellers that have nothing whatsoever to do with my blog! Not sure how that has happened, because all of the original images came from my own computer!
