    Thanks Jim. It's not exactly the best plane out there but it helped carry a lot of the load, especially in the when things were not looking great.

Steve - do I need to be worried...you seem to developing a worrying fixation on the prop 😕............that said I hadn't realised that the the camera had focused on it...

    Ok chaps, so as you may have seen earlier this has crossed the finish line....better late than never! Usual build details are as follows: Kit - 1/48 Airfix Spitfire XVIII (A05140), including kit decals (Cartograph) Paints - mostly Vallejo, including the main metal finish and exhaust stain...

    Thanks! I'll pass on the message about the Rapide. What you can't see is that it doesn't have all it's decals. It's a brand new kit and yet as soon as my friend put the side ones in water they literally disintegrated! He's waiting for new ones to come from Ukraine. ATB Andrew
