We have had our own little airshow today, 2 Typhoons dog fighting, a Chinook that was so close the lens I had on was too big, then a random helicopter -
Good tip for car scratches.
Fortunately it is plastic, fortunately my son hit someone in a car park last year and she new a guy that fixes scratches, he did a good job on my sons car and her car and didn’t charge the earth, he’s quoted £90 which is really good, this is a close up of it. -

I went out this morning and parked in Morrisons car park, only had the car 2 months and came back to this, no details left When we got back my wife got out a tube of basic own brand toothpaste and tooth brush and now it looks like this I must say I’m quite impressed. :) -

I picked up my new car on Friday, but so I didn’t have to tax my old car for 1 day I took it in the day before, they gave me a courtesy car, a £120k Porsche Taycan GTS 0-60 in 2.8 seconds unfortunately I didn’t get chance to try that but what a car to drive. -

I did a little bit more, I’m stuck with putting the pipes on, someone said put them in warm water but that’s not really helped, it’s still on my desk so not back in the box yet :)- John

I’m struggling with the screws for this, they either don‘t fit flush or I just can’t tighten them up, some of the hole alignment is off which is pretty bad for such an expensive kit, anyway not done much today, it’s been a busy day.- John

This arrived last week but I was on holiday, got back today and opened the box, full of metal and plastic, 477 to be precise with a retail of £789 that works out at £1.65 per piece. I‘m only at home this week then off again for another 5 weeks, but I’m going to make a start on it. First bit done- John

1/35 US AH-64E Apache Guardian Attack Helicopter Takom 02602
Made a few modifications and it turned in to a BMW MP4 :smiling5: just a few decals left to put on. I decided to put the Apache back in the box, it’s a winter project, I’m away a lot during the summer and want to dedicate time to it.- John

Only had my phone on me so not brilliant pictures, I’m guessing it’s a C130? and the day before we had 2 Typhoons dog fighting, but too high up to take pictures.
