    Thanks Tim. I have used 560 in the past for PE but I can't imagine how long I'd have needed to clamp the belts in place until it dried :D Thanks Ian. I ended up bending some styrene rod for the tanks, stuck straight away!

    Thanks for the pep talk Tony, I'm feeling better about it this morning 🙂 The belts still won't stick down but I've bent them so they naturally sit in roughly the right place. Some matt varnish will hide the errant superglue.

    The premium range is yes, but the Hyperchrome is alcohol based, as I mention above.

    That's a great looking aircraft but I'd say the finish looks more like polished aluminium than chrome
