I’m struggling with the screws for this, they either don‘t fit flush or I just can’t tighten them up, some of the hole alignment is off which is pretty bad for such an expensive kit, anyway not done much today, it’s been a busy day.- John

1/8 Lotus 72D - 1972 British GP Pocher
This arrived last week but I was on holiday, got back today and opened the box, full of metal and plastic, 477 to be precise with a retail of £789 that works out at £1.65 per piece. I‘m only at home this week then off again for another 5 weeks, but I’m going to make a start on it. First bit done- John

1/35 US AH-64E Apache Guardian Attack Helicopter Takom 02602
Made a few modifications and it turned in to a BMW MP4 :smiling5: just a few decals left to put on. I decided to put the Apache back in the box, it’s a winter project, I’m away a lot during the summer and want to dedicate time to it.- John

What flew over your house (yesterday)
Only had my phone on me so not brilliant pictures, I’m guessing it’s a C130? and the day before we had 2 Typhoons dog fighting, but too high up to take pictures. -

Help with airbrush not spraying
I sold an Ammo Airviper airbrush and the customer said it didn’t work, so I got it back off him and tried it myself, it’s not working right, I’ve given it a full clean in the sonic cleaner and when I press the trigger air comes out but no liquid (water for testing) the only way I can get it to... -

Almost finished the cockpit, although as it’s mostly black it looks a bit bland, one of the tiny pieces on the top ”pinged” and vanished :(- John

Hmmm I think I’ve taken on way above my skill set, don’t expect this to be a quick build, summer is almost here and the little fishes will be calling me :cool: I can‘t see the colour scheme be too taxing, they only reference 4 colours, I’ve also got the Red Fox detail set to go with it.- John

I got a new airbrush!
on the needles and nozzles you have for example 2 bands to show it’s 0.2mm, makes no difference to how it works, and V1 & V2 will work in any airbrush. -
