    Joe's Academy 1/72 F-16C Thunderbirds

Looks great under primer. Wise to use grey I think. It will allow some "duller" areas to show through the white.

    Papa695s Hasegawa 1/72 F-111 Aardvark

Another vote on favour of the mottling. Looking very good.

    1/35 T34/76 by TAMIYA 35049 1942 production with metal tracks !

Tea with milk but no sugar please and chocolate Hobnobs. How about the tank travelling through a ruined street. Damaged buildings are a real forte of yours. Simple but right up your street - pun intended 😜

    Brian's Sovereign of the seas

The gold on black looks great. Would the black colouring on the bulkheads be some sort of water proofing tar?? Stain seems better than paint.

28mm Churchill Project - Hobart's Funnies Churchill AVRE SBG

Those "Funnies" make very interesting models. This is excellent especially given the scale.

That's a great result. Rigging with stretched sprue must be fiddly.

    Too bloody hot!!!

It's quite OK being an OAP. It's amazing the number of things you can get away with by pretending to be either daft or deaf 😁

1/8 Commander Kate Shepard (Mass Effect Trilogy)

That's a fine result. The eyes are beautiful and they are often the hardest part.

    GRASS AND TAMIYA PAINTS

Drinking straws work John. You can cut them in half so get twice as many. Put the straw into the paint and then put you finger over the top to seal the tube. You can then transfer the paint. Too bloody hot!!!

Tried doing some detail painting on my PT boat this morning. By about 10 o'clock the paint was simply drying far too quickly even with retarder mixed into it. Thought I would change and do some work on a BookNook I have on the go. Just too hot - sweaty paws and uncomfortable sitting on the...
