Must admit I'm a bit OCD about mess. I have always been the "tidy" one in our house. I think it comes from being brought up/taught by my parents to always tidy up after ourselves, and also as my years as a plumber, (many years ago) when I was working in occupied houses, so you had to keep things... -

WWI Airfix Mk1 Tank / Trench Diorama
Ok, so I am calling this one done too now. I actually finished it few days ago, apart from adding the few little sand bags to top of the trench! Really enjoyed building this one, bit fiddly at this scale, but I would deffo enjoy doing a larger trench type diorama. Really liked the Mr Hobby...- pjgtech

Revell - German U-Boat - Type VII C/41 - 1:350 scale
Calling this one done, not much more I can do to it TBH. Turned out quite well for a little thing. Enjoyable little build though, kept me busy for a few days. Final pics... The last piece of this little diorama puzzle was adding some trench sand bags. I thought about making a few, but saw some resin / 3D printed scale ones via the Bay of E, via a seller called RedDog, I've bought a few of their accessory kits before, so ordered a set of 1/72 scale sandbags a few...- pjgtech

Revell - German U-Boat - Type VII C/41 - 1:350 scale
Another coat of German grey on the main hull, the finish is not bad. Transfer added to the ship stand and settled with micro sol and then varnished. Couple of the small details now done, red to life bouy, flat black to some of the aerials, etc.- pjgtech

German Jagdpanzer VI - AliExpress No Name special - 1/144 scale.
Done a bit more, tracks have gone from bright rust, to adding some aluminium and flat black with a dry brush. Started to bring out a bit of details with gun metal and flat black. Exhausts have had a rust and flat black coat.- pjgtech

Wow, lovely looking model, but phew, a grand or near as damn it! I sometimes watch the RC YT channels where they have full building/construction sites set up with diggers, excavators, lorries, dumper trucks, forklifts, cranes, etc, plus the military ones with tanks, jeeps, all sorts of bridge... -

Can you attach the files, eg: browse to where they are located, etc and attach them to the message, so you are not getting any sort of error message? If you can attach them, can you then insert them into the message or do you get any sort of error message there? -
Latest Acquisitions (2026)
Despite my aging and slowly failing eyesight, I seem to have found an affinity with some very, very small models! Lol.... So my latest purchase, from my local model shop, which has new owners and is slowly reducing its scale model selection and going down the "Warhammer" route, was this little... -

Revell - German U-Boat - Type VII C/41 - 1:350 scale
Started the painting process. Bottom hull is now a dark grey, it will need another coat, and tidying up a bit. Deck is flat black. Yellow duck boards, (will need a bit of a tidy up). I quite like the muzzle brake, and as I'm not that bothered about historical accuracy/technical perfection, I think I'll leave it on. Had its first coat of German Grey and a (bright) rust coat on the tracks, then the wheels were also given a grey finish.- pjgtech
