Workbench, show us yours
Cheers, I went big Lol! A lot are 30cmx30cm or 45cmx45cm but I went for 60cmx60cm, better to have more space than you need. Same with my AB spray booth, a lot are 40cm, 42cm, or 45cm wide, etc but I went with 52cm wide, bit more room to work, etc. (y)(y) -

Little update on mine, as since I moved the sofa bed out, that freed up a lot of space! So now instead of going down into the garage every time I wanted to spray something (rattle cans, primer, etc) I now have my proper AB spray booth in the modelling area. Its not perfect but, TBH it now has... -

Looks nice, is it actually a kit? Must admit I've always fancied building the DeLorean out of Back to the Future, and/or one of the Batmobiles, and/or the Assault vehicle, tank, thing from the Aliens film.- pjgtech

Hmm, tough one, as I'm relatively new, not done that many kits, and I don't remember any bad kits from my Yoof? The recent old Comet kit wasa terrible fit, so maybe that one. Best one, hmm, possibly my recent SAS Landy? or my last 1:35 scale Tiger tank turned out quite well.... dunno really... -

Still bloody hot Darn Sarf..... despites several rain storms last week or so, its still hot..... -
Off to a heart specialist!
At least they have a plan, and information is power, so once you know what you are dealing with, then you can maybe do something about it, hopefully..... good luck with it mate. Its stressful, so try and stay positive, easier said than done I know..... (y) -

German Soldier in Winter Gear - Tamiya - 1:16
Actually finished this figure in March 2025! A nice 1:16 scale Tamiya kit, some nice details, this was only my second large figure, so i was still very much a noob.... But, I was never happy with the finish, despite a brushed matt coat it was still too shiny, plus was not that happy with the...- pjgtech

German Tank Crew figure - Tamiya - 1:16
Was not happy with the photos, a bit blurry and a bit too close up plus lots of dust on the figure! So have given it a good dust down and redid the photos with slightly better lighting, etc, so hopefully these look a bit better. Cheers- pjgtech

Why don't all models come with a masking set?
Personally I would be happy to pay a bit extra to get them included with a kit. -

Completed pics, nice eays build, enjoyed it a lot, I did order a resin accessory kit for this one (couple of weeks ago) but they still have not turned up yet. Oh the joys of buying via Temu/Ali Express!!! Enjoy....- pjgtech

AK Real Colours Acrylic markers - any good?
Little update to this. I did buy a set of AK Real Colour marker pens a while back, and have now used them several times on various models. For me they do work well, the paint never seems to dry, the tip, although fine, is quite robust and you can get into very small spaces and paint very small...- pjgtech

One hobby paying for the other....!
One of my other main hobbies, is airgun target shooting and over the years I have built up a collection of related "stuff". Lately I have been selling off various bits, with the intention of possibly buying a new airgun, but..... every time I sell off a few bits and get some dosh in my grubby... -
Why don't all models come with a masking set?
Yep, and that looks great, but..... I'm a sausage fingered, cack handed, brain dead, chimp like creature, with no skills or patience whatsever, so..... Peeps like me need all the help we can get, eg: custom made and included masking sets..... think I might have to start a petition or summit...
