Thanks Tim, a little more progress, just the aerials and some dust/mud to go then I will be calling this one done. It has certainly been a challenge and will probably be the last 1/48 I will do. The etch also proved difficult but I do like the detail you get from it, again just too small for...- NickT

Hi Chris, i agree the arm seems a little strange. Moved it up a little and seems to fit on top of the steering wheel now. Just noticed though I've now put his shoulder out of line. Grr ! Here's the latest. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.- NickT

Well that has been a steep learning curve. I now understand what you guys meant by using PE that adds to a model and not just for the sake of using it. Spent a number of hours (yes hours, I'm a bit slow) removing the front sides of the plastic model to replace with PE. I then have difficulties...- NickT

A bit more progress however the PE is causing problems its so small and I'm getting on a bit. Glasses and magnifying lenses and it still looks tiny. I honestly don't know how some of you manage even smaller and micro. Thanks for looking Nick T.- NickT

Another Dio in progress - using up stash.
Hi all, this is another small dio in progress. Advice please - the face painting was rubbish so I repainted the fleshtone and as yet have to paint the new details in but whilst holding the figure paint has rubbed off even though I had given a good covering of Matt coat.
