The 1st guests arrived at the weekend. Water wasn't quite right for fish but I've got 6 amano shrimps and a yellow rabbit snail so far. Water should be spot on in another day or two so should have some fish to go in with what I have so far.- Peej

The tank is a fluval flex. The heater, filters and pump are all behind the black plastic backing. There is also a spray bar fitted to keep the water moving.- Peej

Freshwater for me. Marine tanks are nice with some beautiful coloured fish, but as you said i think they do need a little more attention. My tank is in my bedroom so it'll be nice just to chill out at night watching them- Peej

All being well the 1st of the fish will be in next weekend. Some zebra danios and maybe a couple of catfish. A couple of hardy species to help the water stabilise.- Peej

Not been at the bench for well over a year as mojo got up and disappeared. Moved house last weekend and I've been thinking about kits and setting up a bench again. Not going to rush it though just in case it's a false alarm but could the mojo be returning. -

Packing my stuff away
I've not had any motivation to go near the bench for about a year. So I've decided that it's time to box everything up so it will be safe and stay clean. The boxes will be stored in the spare room out of the way. I'm not going to get shut of anything, just in case the bug bites at a later date... -
