discussion 1/700 scale Royal Navy crew figures

Hi everyone

Been lurking for a while, I'm contemplating building a 1/700 scale Royal Navy ship, which is where my interest lies, one question I have is can separate 1/700 crew figures be obtained anywhere? I have a fanciful notion of equipping the flight deck with a flight deck crew! Or is 1/700 scale so small as to prohibit figures?
