Magnificent diorama Barry.

Very nice and different. All the set and the figures gives a nicely touch of naturally ;)

The train looks very well painted, the camouflage is genial.

Well....in a few words, is a great build :)

Cheers Polux

PS:You will repeat another similar diorama, or will try a new thing? ;)

superb dio, agree total with Polux, all very well done,o_O

and great detail to all even down to the hatch handles and rusty tracks, top job

Barry what can I say....... WOW stupendous build mate that is something to be proud of. The figures and other vehicles just add to the trains presence top drawer stuff well done.

scott

Wow that is fantastic , if I hadn't of seen it on a table I would have thought that was 1/35 and you had got the scale wrong in the title

Magnificent job :)

Another excellent build Barry. Now if you put this on the same base as your Dora ......

Gern

Great stuff Barry, there is so much to see in that diorama. At first I thought it was a barge on a river!

That's a stunning dio! Fantastic effort

thanks for comments polux ,yes i will be building similar dios as i have a cabinet 4 feet long but only 4 inches wide so am limited to that size

i have two soviet armoured train kits that i intend to build as dios.

If you're looking to do more trains in 1/72, I did manage to find these:

http://henk.fox3000.com/Planet.htm

Pricey 'cos they're resin but certainly some unusual subjects, and with your talents I bet you could come up with something good.

Gern

PS I did put this link in an earlier thread - apologies if you'd already found it.
