discussion 54mm Michonne & pets,

well I did make a start on these three a Little time ago,and as always


get sidetracked, as one dose,


well for these who don't know who she is or why would I,do her,


well she is one of The Walking Dead,cast,


which would have to be my favorite TV show,


and for her two pets,she cut off there arms and lower jaws ,so they cannot bite,and it


makes them a lot calmer,so she is able to walk amonged them,


the two pets were her boyfriend and his friend,

ta all so glad your liking it in away,


I,m keep it quite tame looking ,but more dirty than bloody,


its hard to paint dark zombies,as you do still need some flesh tone on then to gray,lite brownish colors,

These are looking real nice/horrible.


The female is particularly looking good.

the hessian cloak was a bit tricky to try and paint,


and I,m quite happy with that so mostly leave it be,

well a bit of an update on this one,


been looking at stills,from the walking dead and found the pic I,was after,


this is after Glen and Maggie,are taken by Merie,and leave a basket of baddy food tin,s which Michonne,picks up,


and takes to the prison,were she meets Rick,


so far all scratched build,other than the pickup,I have used,which will be weathered but not overly done,


so say I,

well got more done on the building


and even had a wee kip as well,so a good day,you may say,


just need to have that set on the base so I,can work on the windows,


which,I will start later on ,once I,work out what I,m doing,

How did you do the stonework?.

glad you like it,


what I do is use depron,a type of foam sheet,this one is 3mm,


then I lay out my horizontal line,spaced ,4 mm apart,and for the vertical lines just do by eye,


trying to work off 8mm or so,and scribe in the line with a sharp gray lead,

That's a great little kit, I should diversify a bit, I think I would have a lot of fun doing something like that, plus they wouldn't take forever like these massive dios I do

as I,m running out of room for big dio,s I tend to keep them small so I can still keep doing them,some I bin,and resize,all that work gone,

The shop front is looking very good so far Monica and nice work on the figures

well have the 3 main figures all but done,


just need to tone down her lips,as Im trying to show the face as its a bit hard,


under a hood,but I wont it to been seen,


and made the leads for the two pets,which will be toned down once set on the base,


well off to do more on the street and shop,

time to have a rest and watch the first 8 ,of the walking dead , what a great way to spend Australia day


I think 3 wks till the start of the the second half of season 6 starts,
