I remember it well....... I was in New Hampshire when it happened. Taking a slurp of coffee watching the news when the first plane hit...... That, and other personal reasons burned into my memory on that day. I always spare a thought for those lost on 9/11/2001.

Thanks for your humanity Peter, I lost many friends that day as I was heavily involved with police and firefighters in the course of my duties with the Office of Emergency Management over the years. I had thought my days of warfare and carnage were long over. Alas they may be only beginning. Please take heed all, we are entering into a dark era for mankind and there is NO escaping it. The flood of human debris heading into Europe is no laughing matter and those in the disarmed social / democracies are going to suffer something awful in the coming years. Make no mistake about it, this is an invasion of Europe plain and simple. While we all here in America greatly appreciate all your kind sympathies on this awful anniversary I feel your trials and tribulations are only beginning. Just know us REAL Americans are in your corner and would gladly invite you into our homes should the need be. I know full well the can do and fighting spirit of the courageous and compassionate British people and also know those evil bastards will have no easy time of it with you lot. I pray one day you can say " Jim , I told you you're a paranoid old codger" But judging how mankind has NEVER learned a damn thing from history it's highly doubtful we will this time either......Sorry folks, just had to get that off my chest...........Jim
