I have been toying with the idea of getting the Airfix 1\24 mosquito but what I want to know is it worth spending the money on as I don't know how good it is.

Jump in with both feet and go get it. I've not seen it or read reviews so can't tell you anything about the kit.


It'll make you feel good all over though

I was only looking at this today. As John said, I also have never heard bad things about it. However, it is a huge model and though costly, it will give many hours of modelling fun.


Just as an aside, great reviews coming out about their 1/48 Gloster Meteor too.
