As you might have seen in my airfix spit post the kits are allot better than the old airfix tooling!
Problem now is the darn decals. They feel very thick and are rater brittle and don't seat into the pannellines like other declas. They do however seem to be well printed with good detail.
Even with a clear gloss coat and loads of Tamiya Markfit they still tend to "sliver" on the carrier film.It is almost like there is not enough "glue" to hold them down.
I eventually had to carefully aply clear gloss coat under them with a small brush,it seems to have got most of it sorted.
Anyone else had this hassle, or what am I doing wrong???
