Oh no not another one i here you cry and as the last one i did was nearly 30 odd years ago so i thought it was time to try one with my added skills so here's the result of 4 days work it's the two halves painted and ready to join so watch me make a pigs ear after joining the two halves

Here's a long awaited update as I have found time to do a bit more.


I have spent the last five days working on the stern decorations and Windows plus the two halves have gone together just (lots of warping).

Looking good, I started a Virginia 1819 - Artesania Latina - Scale 1:41 it really hard, planking is a skill i am still trying to learn.

Can I repeat salmon pink (at least till someone comes to their senses.

Time I put this one back on the bench and here are a few pictures of what I still have to contend with and have just fitted the poop deck but there are a couple of bits missing and I haven't got the time to get replacement's so I will finish it as it is.

I have just had a new victory kit delivered.
Now do i start afresh or carry on with this build as i have a few parts missing and use the new kit for the missing bits.
This is how the old one looks.
