It doesn't look like anything current that I know of. What is the hull made of? I suspect it is wood and so probably a scratch build from a plan but it could even be a fibre glass mould from a home made plug, again from a plan.

I would post this thread on the Modelboatmayhem forum and the Model Boat Magazine forum where you are more likely to come across someone who might recognise the model.
