Hi Monica sign me up for this one, you are one busy lady, looking forward to this one;)

Looking forward to this, the difference between 1/35 and 1/36 is totally negligible no one could tell the difference

You go for it this will be great if can tell.

Thread owner
hi Steve and Tommy glad that your liking the idea, and glad to have you along ;)

Thread owner
hi Ken glad to have you along as well, and i think you will enjoy this one as well, ;)

oh thank you for the help ,as I need a cab or some other type of car and the only ones i can find are 1.36 , so that puts my mind at rest, :D

Well...another master piece on the way :)

Who said the second parts are not ok :D

Go for it Moni ;)

You and your Zombie's Monica...... ;)

Looking forward to this! :D

Yeah, scale wise it's very close. If i've got my maths right it's about 25mm (1 inch) difference ;)

Ken's right. There's no sensible difference between 1/35 and 1/36 for what you're doing Moni. A 6ft tall figure is 52.25mm in 1/35 and 50.8mm in 1/36. That's only a scale difference of a couple of inches which is normal height variation between people.

I do hope so Polux, I do think i can pull this one off as well

and glad to have you along, ;)

yes Scott, this is the second one, as i did enjoy the last build alot so why not try for a second one,

and miice to have you along as well, o_O

ta Tone, hope that you do enjoy this one as well, will be alittle slower build waiting on things still,

but can get a good start on it,

for some reason with me scale maths never sinks in, I always for how to do it, is it what scale say

1.35 divided by x being what ever or just .35 divided by ?

Thread owner
so glad that you like the idea as well Dave, ;)

thank you for the help with scale, as maybe if its a tab under will be fine, better than being over sized and we all

know how figures and things do have some differences in them,

your rightt Dave had this one going around in my head at the same time as tthe other one lol,

A 35 foot ship in 1/35 scale would be a foot long a 35 foot ship in 1/36 scale would be approximately 11 1/2" so not enough different to worry about.

Thread owner
ta Ken , thats good to know ,as i real did not think there would be alot in it ,just needed to be sure, ;)

If you work in millimetres for both the real size and the scale size, the calculations are straightforward. Your scale factor is whatever scale you're working in. So for 1/35, the scale factor is 35; for 1/72, the scale factor is 72; for 1/350, the scale factor is 350 and so on. When you know your scale factor, you can use these:

Model size (in mm) = Real size (in mm) divided by scale factor.

Real size (in mm) = Model size (in mm) multiplied by scale factor.

If you're stuck remembering which way round, why not print these out and stick 'em on the wall by your bench?

Looking forward to this. I'm still waiting for the MB Zombie too, it's been a while though.

Thread owner
ta Dave , that helps as for some reason i wound to put the 1.??, dont know why but just do.

some thinks im good with other oh think you can guess lol,

like using paint in win 7 or some think ,just cannot get right ,but to make stuff im good, ;)

maybe to mean slaps around the head from the bobby when you,

cannot not be truer if i say so, and I,m one who likes things quick so this build will be slower than the last,

but just take my time and don't lose that flow of thing,s  :D

were did you get your,s from ?

maybe the same place, ?

Im waiting on dragon online to send the postage invoice,so it can be shipped, with they ask on my saturday night for a whole $ 5.50 postage just sent it lol, ;)
