I just heard about the recent Money Programme shown on the BBC regarding claiming back illegal bank charges. Banks have been having it too easy and charging crazy amounts for late payments and exceeding agreed overdraft limits etc.

If you've been on the receiving end of those, then you can try to claim them back...what have you got to lose?
