Hi all, right here is what ism thinking about on how to create water splashes to make it look like the tumbler is moving. Micro fibre pulled out and shaped varnish it so it is stiff, then once painted adding drops of clear silicone sealant as water droplets flying through the air and over the moving vehicle. So what do you think ....will it work?

I used a product called CT1 the clear is crystal clear silicone can be milky.

Look at some of the woodland scenics water effects tutorials they might help.

I used CT1 on this on top of hot melt type water the wave tips painted white.
