Here are some attempted pavement and road builds.

I did this one a while back for a diorama.
Just used model fine filler, then put a brick shaped roller over the road surface before it set.
Pavement and kerb stones were just thin plasticard stuck down with pva, then primed and painted and weathered.

Well, I got some compacted black polystyrene, scored the bricks, painted over them, painted over them again with different colours, placed sand in between them then sealed with watered PVA. Your model looks great!!
