I picked up the Academy F/A-18A Hornet in the Blue Angels colours, it says to use the Mr Color blue ( 328 ) but to me it looks a little dark, has anyone built a plane in these colours before that can recommend me a suitable colour or anyone have a general colour suggestion?

Blue Angels Blue is FS15050 Blue Angels Blue, which equates to the Mr Color 328 the kit instructions referred to. The yellow is FS13655 Blue Angel Yellow. Many other alternatives if you go to a conversion chart for that FS number.

Thanks, it just looks a little dark to me compared to the box photo and instructions for painting, I'll order them from the shop now and see how I get on
