'Wotcha' as far as I know is a short form of 'What are you up to?" or "How are you?"

LOL ok fella in a way i am glad i carnt make it because we are skint at the moment and i would see loads of models i want but can not afford,but yea i will have 1,2,3 maybe more drinks for you all,hopefully the weather will be good for us all
