discussion BS Light Aircraft Grey

Hola chaps and chapettes,

I have a Harrier with 3 greys already on it, and the instructions call for LGBs and Sidewinders in 166 Light aircraft grey. The only equivalencies I can find are Gunze and Agama, neither of which I can get hold of just now.

I'd like to avoid buying yet another grey so can anyone suggest alternatives, bearing in mind it has to be lighter than humbrol 165? Has anyone else had to do the same?

Just add a little white to it and see what it looks like before you use it

Yeah fair point Ian, Might just pick the lightest airframe colour and 50/50 it with white

Sorry meant to report back on this,

Medium camo grey (xtracrylic) and white, at 50/50 ratio is a pretty acceptable match in my opinion.

Hope this helps someone in future
